Celiac Disease Research Invitation – Survey on Dietitian Approaches to Managing Celiac Disease

You are invited to participate in an international research study examining the clinical practices of registered dietitians and nutritionists who provide nutrition care to patients with celiac disease.

The purpose of this study is to better understand how nutrition professionals around the world approach the education and communication of the gluten-free diet to newly diagnosed patients with celiac disease, with a particular focus on practices related to gluten cross-contact.

Participation involves completing an anonymous online survey, which is expected to take approximately 20 minutes.

Inclusion Criteria:

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Holds a credential of:
    • Registered/licensed dietitian
    • Certified/licensed nutritionist
    • Nutritionist
  • Sees pediatric and/or adult patients with celiac disease in clinical practice

Exclusion Criteria:

  • < 18 years of age.
  • Does not hold a credential for:
    • Registered/licensed dietitian
    • Certified/licensed nutritionist
    • Nutritionist
  • Does not see pediatric and/or adult patients with celiac disease in clinical practice
