Invoice amount

On receipt of the Booking Form an invoice will be issued which will also act as a confirmation of booking. All invoices must be paid within 30 days of the invoice issue date or prior to the meeting commencement date, whichever is sooner.

Accommodation

If booking the 2-day residential package accommodation will automatically be reserved for Thursday 16th October 2025. Breakfast is included.
