NICE guidelines on fluid therapy for children in shock
The exceptional surveillance review for the below guidelines has published on the NICE website and can be accessed via any of the links below:

- Sepsis: Recognition, diagnosis and early management NG51 (July 2016)
- Fever in under 5s: Assessment and initial management NG143 (November 2019)
- Diarrhoea and vomiting caused by gastroenteritis in under 5s: Diagnosis and management CG84 (April 2009)
- Meningitis (bacterial) and meningococcal septicaemia in under 16s: Recognition, diagnosis and management CG102 (June 2010)
- Diabetes (type 1 and type 2) in children and young people: Diagnosis and management NG18 (August 2015)
Changes to the recommendations have already been actioned and can be viewed within the guideline.
